I'm also on the stable release and have absolutely no problems using my bluetooth handsfree.
I would love to know if there are any nice updates since the stable release. I haven't bothered flashing any of the nightlies since the stable since there doesn't seem to be that much added to CM7 anymore. Anyone know if there is anything worth flashing the latest nightly for?
I basically got frustrated with all the ICS ROMs out there (lack of kernel 3 source) and I find myslef with CM7.2 stable. But I know we have some fantastic devs here who would eventually get ICS stable, till then I'm going to spend time with my CM 7.
Only thing I miss (from ICS) is a full screen caller ID, I know there are a few replacements out there but what do you guys use and why?
UCS by lowveld is the only one worth mentioning, it totally rocks!
You should check out the Reaper rom from lowveld as well since you're using CM7, it has UCS included as well (although not an updated version as of now)
Cheers!
Have you tried clearing data for play store?
Sent from my HTC Desire S using xda premium
theres no gapps installed on this rom by default.
i install the play store apk from my backup.
ive also cleared data but still same.
You need some other google apps to have Play Store working (like google services provider). Better flash the GApps then uninstall the ones you do not like with Titanium

ok thanks dude.
maybe ill try to search it next time.
i currently back to ics cause of that issue.
But there is a download link for the Gapps in the first post of this thread. You just have to download them to your SDcard and flash in the recovery like a regular ROM.

If you unlocked your phone via htcdev.com, you must flash the included
boot.img after flashing the ROM in recovery:
- Boot into fastboot, either by:
- Turning phone on whilse holding VOLUME DOWN, or
- adb reboot bootloader, or
- using an option in your recovery (eg. Reboot Bootloader)
- Connect your phone to your PC and copy the boot.img from the ROM .zip
to the same place as fastboot.exe and issue the following command:
- fastboot flash boot boot.img
Failing to follow these instructions on a htcdev.com unlocked device will
cause the ROM to fail to boot.
.
Oh go on then.. I think I can share
