I mistakenly chose storage card and now cannot change it to internal storage.

the configuration file stays on the phone. so you have to delete it yourself if you want to set another place for saving the map.
this will be changed in the next release.

It would be nice to configure GPS ports and baud rates.

You can do that in your GPS Settings in Windows Mobile Settings.

I have tried this one on my HD2 and now it working nicely, no freeze or unexpected programm stop like before.

Allthough the HD2 is connected to my laptop and has therefore Internet connection via the laptop OMM is still establishing a mobile network connection.

Another more basic comment:

- maybe could add a feature to limit the space on the storage card of give a warning when a certain level is reached

- off line mode: Add a warning (not a disturbing dialog), mabye just a "red light" that the requested tile is not located inside the cahce storage

Please find enclosed my log file

Great APP with a huge potential!

Best regards

dingolino

I made an updated Debug version, which is close to be the next release version if it works correctly.
Please try this debug version and post your "/ommdebug.csv" files.
I hope I nailed the bugs, now.

ok, thanks for the debugging. it really seems, that i fixed the most annoying bugs. i released a new version on the first page.

@HD2 users: do you notice any difference in performance when dragging the map with controls on/off ? and how about with controls on and information on?
DrawAlpha seems to be quite slow on my devices. maybe I'll write an optimized routine to see if it helps to speed up the dragging with controls on.

the file is in the root of your device: "\ommconfig.xml".
if you already downloaded and installed the latest release, then on first start this file is being moved to the application folder. just delete it there, so you can choose the storage folder again.

from now on, with every new release you will lose your settings, because the ommconfig.xml will be uninstalled as well.

i admit, it's a bit complicated. you don't need a gpx file, just proceed to the next tab and enter the min and max longitude, latitude values. but be careful -> this may result in a long download of many tiles....
