Great Build.Works fine,but I have a question.When 720p recording will be done?Cause I saw that on WP7 works fine

FC on start just prior to vibration on every bootup for me. However, all works as expected once it's running.

    1st Boot added HTC Clock 'go personalize/widget/clock' Done..

    Edit : U can replace v9/v10/v11 data.img on this update version . u won't lose ur setting . If u having weird bugs Just Fresh install

    For Maximum performance fresh install

    The build need 2nd Booting to get the build stable

    Do not [restart] Always [power off] and [power on].Restarting for some reason makes the phone not stable for Sense build

    1st Booting :
    1 minute to Bootanimation
    Bootanimation 3~4 minute
    Black screen 5 minute ~ Let it Load Sense 3 and all the Customization :D
    Press Power Button ~ Unlock screen
    Done setting
    Let the Build settle down for 2 minute and u can install apps ~ Done


    Tips (taken from seo's thread):

    Avoid using live wallpaper, especialy weather LWP
    Disable "Tell HTC" service: Settings -> About Phone ->Tell HTC
    Disable Software updates: Settings -> About Phone ->Software updates
    Change Wi-Fi Sleep policy: Settings -> Wireless & networks ->Wi-Fi Settings -> Advanced -> WiFi sleep policy -> 15min
    If you don't care about faster 3G consider switching to 2g only: Settings -> Wireless & networks -> Mobile Networks -> Network Mode -> GSM Only
    Do not login to HTC Hub / HTC Sense account (it's a plain BS)
    Disable Phone Finder: Settings -> Location
    Disable weather sounds & clockwidget full screen animation
    Increase facebook/twitter/stocks sync interval to 4hours or more
    Always choose Shut down instead of Reboot option, because reboot may cause data corruption (versions with Rafdroid 1.9 kernel)

    Instruction :
    SD Version : Used this cab for Booting Android Android Loader v6.0 Final for HD2
    Ok now, i write an instructional guide the best i can
    - Download the 'MccM' version.Unzip. Extract the 'Android' folder to root of your SD Card.
    - After you have done all the steps go into Android folder and tap CLRCAD (for working sound), and after that just tap HaRET
    -Booting ..
    -Enjoy


    Boot with MAGDLR:

    1- copy folder (Android) to SD Card .
    2- Boot in MAGDLR powering on your phone while you press the power button until MAGDLR appears.
    3- Select "SERVICES"
    4- Select "BOOT SETTINGS"
    5- Select "AD SD Dir"
    6- Select the "ANDROID" folder or the folder where you dropped the rom.
    7- Now select "BOOT AD SD" and wait boot .....

    Latest [update ~ 7.12.11] ~ Fix Streaming Media Player - Thanks kojos


    1)Let the Build SETTLE. After each boot & Reboots, let the build settle for 1-2 mins before attempting to use it.

    2)If u having problem with Market can't installing apps and Can't instaling 3th party app and so on the fix HERE ~ Thanks to kojos for sharing this :) Edit :u can choose which u want to replace the 1gb data.img 'come with the build' or using the 500mb .

    3)Upon boot receive a 'Sorry, system not responding' message,click on wait and all is ok

    4) System is freezing a lot ~ Run Fix Permissions in Rom Manager than reboot .

    5) High battery drain ~ Kill all apps on Background before off screen. And if still high battery drain just Restart the Phone using 'Quick Boot' app.

    6)Robotic Sound when making calls ~ Make a free call press 'speaker' and off again.. Done

    7)End button for off or restart Build didn't works ~ Install 'Quick Boot' from market ~ fIX ON V11

    NOTE: Guys u can update the 'Quick Boot' TO 'Quick Boot Plus' for HOT REBOOT function ~ no need to return to WM for second booting :D~ FIX ON V11

    8)Use "morelocale2" to get Traditional Chinese or others Language .

    9)Data transfer not stable ~ used app call 'Dual Mount SD' for transfer data~FIX ON V10/V11

    10)Is there any possibility to customize MAC ADDRESS ~ HERE thanks to 'TarekNajem04' for sharing this :)

    11)For MMS Manual setting ~ HERE ~ HERE ~ HERE ~ HERE

    12)If u found the GPS Libraries v2.0 with AGPS not working well .. try this Fix HERE thx arshavir. OR just reverse to v1.7 version HERE more stable :)
