Weird no name text?

I also got the alert, it made a sound similar to the ones on TV.
i got that too on fd16, while listening to music, i thought it was part of the song
That's just the date Android uses when it truly has no idea where the hell a mesdage came from or its details

Does that **** really take up the entire screen? WTF, a notification wojld have been much nicer instead of a freaking roadblock...I also got the alert, it made a sound similar to the ones on TV.
Lol well I guess that's why its an alert, I live in the Midwest so I would like to know if any tornado is around.
I'm on MiUi 2.7.20 and mine are also garbled as:

So far today I received 5 of thiese annoying I guess alert messages.
Knowing that it's a cmas alert it's all good but to receive more than 2 in a single day is quite annoying....

The bad thing about these test alerts is that even when I uncheck receive emergency test alerts they still come thru!
