240 dpi for kitkat

Hi guys since the early leaks of kitkat 4.4.2 has anyone developed a compatible 240dpi mod for this version of Android? Its so unpleasant to move back to the old 320 dpi in the name of upgrading. Thanks in advance

The Gear 2 runs Tizen, so i think you be in the wrong place.
