I was looking for how to do this as well. I eventually found it. You have to be in the full/advanced post editor - not the quick reply mode.

Just click on that little paperclip icon between the smilies dropdown and indent left button, then select the image you want to embed in the post body.

I don't see a final answer to this, so trying a test . . .

Use the Insert Image icon to insert IMG tag. Pic must be stored on web somewhere. See a prompt to enter the URL, then one to enter a name. That second one has a box saying "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs," which I hope kills the URL link.

OK. Posting inline pic below. Sorry it's big and boring.

EDIT: yeah, that works. EDIT LATER: Except doesn't show on device! RJTRJT got it right!

Its only showing 1 option i.e Insert Image from Web (not from PC) in my case.

Plus, the image from Google Drive is also not displaying
