This is SGS3 like statusbar for stock ics...

Transparent ver will come soon!!

Just copy to system\app and set permissions...

The name of the file after downloading is SystemUI_1_.apk. So, do I need to rename the file prior to moving it to system/app and giving permissions, or i move it as it is with the same name?

u should rename the file to :
