Only if you want overclock cpu, you should flash custom kernel and you do not use that overclock script, only I think bootstrap recovery will be unnecessary... I make update-script which delete bootstrap recovery EDIT: this will delete bootstrap recovery from rom, try it and write if it works

After flashing the emulation disabling patch my external SD disappeared instead of internal now it just shows two internal SD cards in storage.

No you don't need V20P installed. You only need rooted ROM with recovery
And yes you can install it from V20H wau
I don't know why, I tried it and it works fine for both ROMS... try it again (you need to reinstall ROM, because that files are now inside system in your case)

Did not work even after wiping and reflashing, I also switched from TWRP to Philz this time, still the same.wau

Its the internal one, my external is 16gb, even under storage/external_SD theres nothing (recovery does detect the external card contents properly though)
I just wiped everything my data and flashed ROM again and look...for me it works
and with Polloos recovery

Because if you have unlocked and you did it in this steps order: wipe, flash rom, flash patch for internal memory and then flashed remove bootstrap recovery you have problem with order
because patch for disable int.SD has inside file which goes to directory bootstrap, and patch remove bootstrap remove all bootstrap folder...so if you have unlocked bl and you did it in this order you need to flash patch for disable int.sd again EDIT: Yes it's like I wrote...I'm working on it
EDIT: It's solved, problem was that if you flashed delete bootstrap recovery in any order, it deleted all bootstrap dir (incl. 2nd-init files) and file e2fsck (in bin dir) was rewrote by stock file...
YashdSaraf please flash THIS fix for you and users who have the same problem, for everyone else I updated Delete_bootstrap_recovery.zip file in first post. Now it will works in any order flashed

Instructions
1.Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache
2.Flash ROM
3.Reboot
Optional
4.Set some settings and reboot to recovery
5.Flash G2_Lockscreen.zip (G2 lockscreen...must be flashed after first boot else you get lockscreen like is on IMG 3a)
6.Reboot and select "No" (If you select Yes Overclock script will be dissabled)...IMG 3b
7.Open from drawer app Backup, accept rights and select restore from internal memory a select file "Restore_it", after restore phone will reboot.
...By this step you get: Xposed, GravityBox, Adv. Power Menu and every tweaks under "XPOSED... (optional)"
After restore you can delete Restore it
If you decide to wipe data and you have installed G2 lockscreen you must flash Stock_Lockscreen.zip (else you get lockscreen like is on IMG 3a after boot) then you can repeat instructions from step 4
Disable internal SD emulation (optional)
Just flash Quitar SD Emulada Stock ROM v20E [2nd-init].zip
And you need to flash build.prop fix, else you will get Settings has stopped error when you go to apps settings and select any app...(IMG 4)

Here are fixes for every model except P760 (P760 is already in system by default). It's in MEGA and OneDrive folders too (in dir. "Models").
Just flash after you flash system.
If you want disable internal sd emulation only flash build.prop fix for your model after you flash Quitar SD Emulada Stock ROM v20E [2nd-init].zip
build.prop fix flash only if you flashed ZIP Quitar SD Emulada Stock ROM v20E [2nd-init].zip else don't flash it !!!
