my niece has a MetroPcs LGMS769 and it's stuck on this screen

and when i try to do a upgrade recovery with the LG Mobile Support Tool v.1.7.1.0
the software stops at this screen
and the main page of that software says this
I have also tried the steps from this thread
[GUIDE] [UNBRICK][ROOT] FLASH Any LG Factory ROM (kdz) WITH OFFLINE FIX
please help me, help my niece.
