Bugs

The built-in feature to bring frequencies do not work, shall troubleshoot, install setcpu so long until I found the problem.

Problem

I flashed it this morning.
But i just have a black screen..
I can see the lock-screen und make it away, but then the screen is black.
i didnt switch it off...The top row with the battery icon and the clock i can see....
where is the problem?

Any chance you can hook me up with the standard WiFi tethering app? I want to test whether it works on the .35 port :)

It is in the framework and I have not got there yet, but for testing are best with Feeyo's 2.3 where it should exist,you may have already tried it then you'll wait a little longer unfortunately.

It seems no-one else has encountered this? I have tried different radio versions and different CPU frequencies with no improvement.

I went back to FROYO_Final_Android_Stock. As I said above, the issue is not present there, so I'll stay here, it's just as good ROM anyway... :)

Actually my wifi speed is better with this rom vs FROYO_Final_Android_Stock but wait an see if others have the same issue as you.

Thanx Elelinux, you made otherwise a very good ROM and I like it.

My first impresion is that this ROM is faster than the final android stock. I have also more internal memory before 109 now 149Mb.

At the moment works all fine and smooth, thanx a lot

    This is a CM6-based ROM with app2SD for the GSM Hero

    Elelinux-6.2.0-Hero-Speedmachine-v5-Reloaded


    Now cm 6.1 old and development of the cm source is moving forward all the time, so I have chosen to release a rom where I moved some from 2.3 to this rom + lots more candy from the cm source.
    This has a lot of new features including CPU settings in cyanogenmod settings, two different lockscreens, etc.

    The rom is a custom for my own taste, has also managed to get the dictionary to work but not moved over the graphic yet from Gingerbread, the dictionary is for the ftp and good Bandwidth :Davailable in the languages aosp offer.Over time, as things fall into place so there will be a stock GingerBread but not now in this situation. :D

    Have chosen to put part of google apps in the rom,will add options for those who want rest and part of cyanogenmods apps.Market is version 1.8.2 simply because no one should have trouble with that part.What I took away is, live wallpaper, development, spareparts, rommmanagerprotips and provision and some googleapps like googlequicksearchbox and car.

    Kernel is build on erasmux kernel source 12a,included compache but not to recommend,the default frequency is 352-576 MHz and smartass mode, but easy to change with the built-in CPU setting.Kernel support ext2-3-4

    Installation

    1: Wipe off all including ext partion if used
    2: Flash rom
    3: Reboot after first start reboot.
    4: Reboot to recovery and flash the new ADWLauncher (if you want)

    unzip the file, Place the file "com.google.android.maps.jar" on sd card
    open root explorer, tap on "Mount R/W" at the top (this enabled read and write)
    go to /system/framework and enable read/write
    move the file to /system/framework (allow it to override)
    longpress on the file>permissions>
    User - check Read, check Write
    Group - check Read
    Others - check Read

    you can now mount r/o if you want.
    Reboot and should be working :)

    I don;t have the rest only the rom, I myself use the Cronos kernel, and works great. So Dont have that. and options got 0 to since I use a modded version of launcher pro to fit my theme.
