Hi, I know I'm gonna get bashed for posting in a wrong section, but I couldn't find the phone here and wanted to ask where could I find some help
I bought this Lenovo K80m or P90 for my mom a while back and yesterday she realized that she couldn't send voice notes via whatsapp nor make calls in that app, she couldn't even get the camera to start from facebook, I already reseted all apps permissions and it shows like all apps have all the correct permissions enabled, but it just doesn't work
I wonder if this problem happens to other Lenovo phones or just this one. In that case I need you please to point me in the direction where I can get help, I tried different forums and no luck. Please, it's for my mom :crying:
