Instructions:

HAVE ATLEAST 50% BATTERY BEFORE STARTING!

1.
Make sure you are running the latest stock kernel and baseband .71.
2.
Boot into xRecovery and make a backup
3.
Factory Reset,Wipe cache Partition,Wipe Dalvik Cache,Wipe battery Stats
4.
Flash the "GalaxyROM.zip" via xRecovery.
5.
Reboot and let the phone do it's thing as it build the cache etc.
NOTE:Keyboard won't work first time,just reboot and problem is fixed.

Just a quick mention that Palmary Weather Pro is a paid app, and xda doesnt allow warez so id recommend pulling the link for that bfore a mod sees it

Yes, that would be nice.

I believe its based on stock se gb, am i right?

Did you include any tweaks to improve performance over stock??

Would also be nice to have some linpack and quadrant score..

Really waiting to try this!!

I have already downloaded the rom, will try it today, do not know when cause i am having a few problems myself...

I already posted launcher in themes/apps section.But u don't have sgs2 icons.Will make one with icons too.
Posted in main post too.
