ZTE Blade CM7 Kang Development​

I take no credit for the roms available on this front page all of the credits should go to the respective developers that created them. The developers are the following

Small Description:
The roms available on this page are Cyanogen Mod 7 kangs. The roms are being updated frequently with new features and fixes by the developers that are creating them. The roms are always stable and any bugs that are found are fixed in a short time.

it is really good if u keep posting self compiled builts here.modaco is going messy and it very difficult to find different and latest build's there.do include sej's one.

i have tried them they are good keep posting.:)

Hi..You might Add BurgerZ in the title so that its easy to recognize. I'm using his ROM and its very good indeed :)

Would like to if the camera works on Idea Blade with this ROM installed ? Any Indian Idea Blade users checked the Camera and GPS and 3g ?

not sure f the indian blade is different from the UK version but if the cyanogen rom from the cyanogen site works on your blade this rom will also work as its built from it with more features added mate

oh here in india there are 2 blades on idea blade which is actually chinese blade and dell xcd35 which is european blade.

BTW
rapier07 can tell u if it runs on idea blade contact him.

Hi,

Just installed on Idea Blade and it's giving a camera error...just like the earlier cyanogen roms. the camera driver seems to be missing in this too.

there's a stripped down version of cyanogenmod which targetbsp has built it doesn't have undervolt kernel so plz add it in the first post.

Hi,
I installed the 7th Feb version too and same error, cannot connect camera...seems the Idea blade has used different camera hardware in some devices.

    New kernel, cm7 gen2 only again. This needs testing, lots of updates since yesterday. New wifi driver included too.

    It's been updated with the latest zte source code released yesterday. Plus a bunch of bluetooth patches (seems to be little effect), more overclocking, updated wifi driver & a few other minor updates... full list is here: https://github.com/John-Kenney/zte-turies-35/commits/master

    It particularly needs testing if you have a new blade & any hardware doesn't usually work properly in cm7 (camera, touchscreen, sensors).

    You can get Burstlam's kernel from his github here: https://github.com/burstlam/zte-turies-35

    Or I forked his kernel & added some more patches, like updating the ondemand cpu governor, a few small performance improvements, a lot of networking patches that don't really do much & some other not very interesting stuff, mine is here: https://github.com/John-Kenney/zte-turies-35

    Tom Giordano maintains the CM7 blade kernel, his version is here: https://github.com/TomGiordano/kernel_zte_blade

    Burstlam & Tom G's kernel were developed separately using the same zte source code & then adding different patches, although they share a lot of patches. Burstlam has added a few more performance related & memory saving patches because his roms are developed mainly for Chinese users who have 256mb ram blades. Tom G seems more cautious about adding patches unless they're really necessary for something. I just add everything I can on top of Burstlam's kernel to see what works.

    [] AL []: You're probably better of with burstlam's kernel than sej's, burstlam is using undervolting too & he's added a lot of fairly useful patches that wont get accepted in Tom's cm7 kernel (which sej's is based on).
