so i rooted and romm'ed up my moms nook tablet tonight. SO easy. put on CM7 for her, and she's LOVING it already.....so much more customization than with the locked down barnes and noble crap. its great! now it actually acts like a tablet lol
I got a kindle fire through work and i did the same. Put cm7 on it and gave it to my stepdaughter. She loves it

yeah man. my mom used the nook as more of a tablet anyway..sure, she read a lot on it, but she also used it to facebook, browse the web, play games etc etc...and sideloading on that thing is such a pain in the ass, because you have to download an app on like my rezound, then upload it somewhere, put it on the pc, and do the adb push command every time the app updated or she wanted a new app.
now, she can do whatever she wants without having to ever do that

go post better battery life than that, rather than talking out of your ass.
on the rezound, I could never hit 3 hours screen on time in 12 hours. on the gs3, I barely hit 3 hours within 14 hours.
so stfu morons, I use my phone full throttle with everything syncing constantly throughout the day, and I send HUNDREDS of texts, use 4g all day and always have things open in the background.
God you people are annoying.

1) people have already posted better battery stats on the Rez and with smaller batteries than yours
2) 5 hours of wifi is not 4g all day
3) take a day off, you don't have to be a **** everyday
