Cloudy ROMs vs980 - video recording inop, any fix?

Can't seem to get video recording on any camera for that matter. I've clean flashed all his ROMs, no dice. I also tried xdadebs camera.. No work. Thanks for any help.

Are you using art or dalvik?
Have you tried to pulled the camera apk and odex from another rom?

Actually I didn't select art, so delvic I'm assuming. I haven't tried pulling the camera from another rom but I have tried flashing xdabebs camera along with installing a few different cameras from the play store.
