The firmware you are trying to flash is not a release one.
The latest one that can be flashed is 4.1.A.0.562
ok, but i get the same error if i try to flash .62
can i flash baseband in other way? with fastboot?

This error usually means the file you are trying to flash is not made for your phone.
And no, no other way to flash baseband.
but with wotan i can flash without problems, this happens only when i try to flash using flashtool. what can i do to flash using flashtool?
I already have baseband 64... i need latest, baseband 72 to install ics 4.0.4 because with this baseband the phone is not connecting to network.
You need to read the instructions carefully.
It is clearly said that you need to install the v.0.6.9.1 first. Only after that will you be able to install v.0.8.0.0. Scroll down further on the homepage and download the file.

Actually it is not true. When updating the homepage, I forget to rename 0.6.9.1 to 0.8.0.0. Homepage has been updated one day ago
What is true is that to apply 0.8.1.0 you need to have 0.8.0.0 installed
For download errors or installation errors, it is related to antivirus. Disable it when downloading and when installing otherwise you will raise errors.

On the FT homepage, you will find link to 0.8.0.0 full install and link to update 0.8.1 over 0.8.0.0

Flashtool can be downloaded on the Flashtool Homepage (on Installation tab)
As Flashtool was originally developped for X10, you can find a lot of information on the Original X10 Flashtool thread
Major new feature : Fastboot toolbox for 2011 line devices.
Major update for 0.6.8.0 : Ability to now install CWM from Flashtool on locked bootloader.
Fastboot now works fine under linux
