Feature or bug? It seems the g-voice widget will overlap some widgets on my device when you resize it. I was able to do it with the stocks widget as well. Whichever one you long press will fall to the bottom.
Edit-
I guess it's a bug with the voice widget, I can't make any others do it, but I never noticed it before the current leak.

I saw a screenshot somewhere of a baseband info page that showed your RUU version and stuff but I can't seem to find it on my phone. Can someone explain how to get to that?

Yeah, plus a few more tweaks added in.

That was the Easter Egg! Its actually certain mods that get flashed that bring it back. Thats why I said you need to flash Mike's pull down. Then you would see the extra options. I had never seen them until today when I was working CleanROM DE. But yeah, I had Team Blackout port the code from Mikes status bar into the normal ones so we can have it now regardless of status bar.

Thanks!

DING DING DING. You got it! His mod along with my APM adds the extra settings... Which have just been ported over to the standard and trans status bar. Time for 4.1.5 anyone? lol

Haha!

ok now you confused me Scott - are we supposed to install Mike's mod or not?? lol

Ok, I still consider myself a noob. I've had success in the past not bricking my Eris and now I have 4.1 on my Rezound. Scott awesome job and I must say if you read the directions and the forum first....the force will be with you.

Heading to PayPal. - Thanks scott ref#194615XXXXXXX674G

Thank you! Greatly appreciated. Will be taking the wife out in a bit and retiring from the forums for the evening...

Nah, that the was easter egg. If you install Mikes ICS style status bar it activated the extended shut down menu...

So only flash it if you want, lol

I've been having much worse battery life on this rom/leak. Any way to fix this (btw I'm on 4.0 haven't upgraded to 4.1 yet and I have a 3.8v battery)

On GB I was using cleanrom and incredikernel if that's of any help

Yeah, I was just gonna say... No reboot for me.

I wonder if he has an app that is just about to access data or something then it freaks out and reboots the phone?

Also please capture a logcat when it happens.

Hey Scott, thanks for trying and will do on the logcat. I flashed the stock android.policy.jar again over 4.1 for stability (and it cured my reboots again) as I often need my phone for work. If I get a chance in the next day or two I'll go back to vanilla 4.1 and try to get a reboot with aLogcat installed.

With everything stock just as Scott rolled it out batt has been on par with gb. Granted with new firmware and everything it will take u a couple days to see max. But batt is fine and prolly won't get much better till we get custom kernels.

O and Scott I tried that other kernel posted a lil farther back and I didn't like it. Plus its oced with perflock still enabled so bleh to all that.

Does wake up vol work with 4.1?

I heard it messes up the advance power menu with sp1.

It's probably been answered before so I'll hide during the mean time.

And just some help if you don't already know:

during the systemUI tab in the tweaks look at wifi config

It says " hides the wifi config to save some SPAE .. so there isn't a C..just something I would mention..

Honestly, I don't even know what that setting will or won't do lol

Removes the SSID at the top. Will just say connected or disconnected.

It was on the internal SD apparently. Most apps (including say Titanium and HTC's camera and whatnot) assume /sdcard as the base point to save stuff. Since HTC decided /sdcard would be the internal on this phone instead of /emmc or who knows what... and have /sdcard2 pointing at the actual SD Card...

/sdcard2/ simply leads to /sdcard/ext_sd (your actual microsd card).

I've used the 2.x RUU because I had to warranty my Rezound. You better believe it wiped all internal storage. I don't know what to say, if you expect your phone storage to stay intact when flashing ROMs or RUUs... In my 2 years of Android ownership, it's kind of been assumed that if flashing doesn't wipe the internal, then it should be done manually for nominal results. *shrug*

Titanium allows you to set the directory for backups. Use your external. How do you even restore Titanium backups after flashing new ROMs if your backups are all stored on the internal storage? Unless you dirty flash every time, but this wouldn't work consistently if you were changing ROMs...

HTC Camera app also allows you to use SD card instead of Phone storage.

make sure you disable fastboot in power settings, otherwise you can't get to bootloader without a battery pull.

You know, I've never disabled fastboot, and I can get in to bootloader. It is tricky though. You'll notice when choosing reboot the screen turns dark and it takes awhile to actually reboot. And during this time, if you hit the volume rocker, you will get acknowledgement from the phone. So what I do is, I keep pressing the VOL DOWN rocker every couple seconds. Eventually I'm on vibrate, and my phone will vibrate telling me as such. I keep doing this until suddenly I get no tactile response. That's when I hold VOL down. Then I end up in bootloader. :D You're all welcome for the tip haha

Notification bar can be pulled down from lock screen

Extended power menu with sound vibrate and silent when power button is hit disappears for unknown reason . Recent apps in notification bar

Luke, don't mean to be a jerk, but you are essentially recreating the first few hundred pages of these threads. Notification bar pulldown is an intended feature. If you have lock enabled (I have pin lock), you still need to enter it if you try to access anything. I find it quite convenient. Second thing you brought up has been mentioned. You can search this particular thread for info, don't afraid of search. It's not like you have to search all of XDA ;) I'm not trying to be a jerk. It's just that I actually have (and am still working on) reading every single post in this thread. My XDA subscription emails are getting insane! lol. There's nothing wrong with asking to help, I'd be glad to help if I could get on this forum often enough to answer things, but now I'm just playing an extremely redundant game of catch up :p

    Alternate Kernels

I have created a flashable 3.13.607.5 Kernel and a flashable 3.14.605.5 Kernel for the ROM.

Some people feel that the 3.13.607.5 kernel gave better battery and cooling than the latest kernel.

Feel free to download and test for yourself!

These are in old school method as to make one simple step for everyone. This also resets mainver to 1.00.000.0 :D

    Instructions
    1. Download to root of SD Card
    2. Reboot to Recovery
    3. Flash Zip
    4. Phone will reboot to hboot
    5. Press power one time so it will scan the SD Card
    6. Install boot.img when prompted
    7. Reboot when prompted

    Download the 3.13.605.7 kernel HERE

    Download the 3.14.605.5 kernel HERE

Np. Not trying to bite your head off or anything, but wipe is always almost recommended.

You get to go off on someone and get a thanks for that.

I post a killer ROM and then a mirror by request and I get **** :(

700+ downloads in 7 hours and I have 12 thanks. Im not complaining... But really?
