Before people go there like 100 of these, I found most of them actually have more questions than answers, and most the lists are peoples comments or don't give proper information, so I'm just combining information from all around and YES I will have TESTED most of them for my self but NOT ALL.
KEY
Dark RED -- Definitely unsafe
Dark ORANGE -- Unsure.
Dark GREEN -- Safe and Tested by me or someone else.
Indigo -- Safe under certain conditions.

I tried to put these in groups to make it easier to find yours.

semchome.apk <=> HomeScreen ( works if you have replaced the default see conditions at bottom )

youtube.apk <=> Youtube App
facebook.apk <=> Facebook App
talk.apk <=> Google Talk

trackid.apk <=> Identify Songs
neoreader.apk <=> Code Reader

timer.apk <=> Timer Countdown

playnowinstaller.apk <=> PlayNow Online Store
playnowback.apk <=> PlayNow Online Store
playnowclient.apk <=> PlayNow Online Store

Emanual.apk <=> Online Manual Phone
EmanualLauncher.apk <=> Online Manual Phone

I will only add .apk files with a description at the side of them without the description I will not add them as its pointless because it wont be anything new.

Ill update this more as I find out more information and trail and error myself...

To remove HomeScreen without any problems I used 2 applications
HomeSmack <-- can be found in app market
This application doesn't run in background or anything once you change your default launcher to something else
such as LauncherPro ( also found in market [ do not remove without having at least a home replacement ] )
change the default. Used SystemApp Remover ( works like a charm no CMD ) to delete semchome.apk
went back on HomeSmack, The Homescreen has disappeared from the list and has been completely
replaced with LauncherPro, I even upgraded to LauncherPro Plus to show my support I liked it that much.

Always Back-up
When I remove these I used SystemApp Remover.apk :D
Not my problem if you brick your phone your doing this under the understanding that anything could go wrong, I'm just giving you my own guide line.

Safe list only so far.

First off this is my favourite yes you could probably find this and warez it from google but this is such a beautiful application ide suggest buying it.

This did wonders for the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE homescreen you get with the phone that works slowly
and I just dislike it all together. Without this my phone is very dull.

but it is not possible to do this with the android market...)
