FAQ :

Q.1 : The boot is taking long, my bad?
Ans : If you followed the instructions correctly then no, just wait for it to boot because RR-N optimizes apps while showing boot animation.


Q.2 : How to report bug?
Ans : Mention "@ deneal2u" in ur bugreports. Its very important.(Coz It's not official thread and I'm not Dev so...:D)

Q.3 : This rom better then other roms?
Ans : I can't say its better then other, all roms hv own features, you are free to use any rom, use if u like it.

Q.4 : What's the features in this rom?/How this rom different with other roms?
Ans : See my -OP- 1st post.

Q.5 : I m i9082L user. Can i use it?
Ans : Don't know.. u can try ur self:D

Q.6 : Can i set different ringtone for both sim?
Ans : Currently not possible.


Q.7 : How can I get Viper4Android working?
Ans : Check out*-OP- 1st*post.


Q.8 : Is this ROM CM based or AOSP based?
Ans : This ROM is based on LineageOS (CM).


Q.9 : Does this ROM have Substratum or the CMTE?
Ans : This ROM uses Substratum/OMS.


Q.10 : What is Substratum/OMS?
Ans : OMS or Overlay Management System is being developed by Sony and currently adopted by team of developers having Nicholas Chum in as their lead dev under the name Substratum. Best thing about OMS is its lightness and light on resource.
OMS is succesor for layers/RRO which required users to reboot in order to get the desired theme applied. This was overcome by OMS and is almost on par with CMTE.
This being said there's little confusing between OMS and Susbtratum Legacy/RRO/Layers:


Q.11 : How do I know what I got on my phone?
Ans : Launch Substratum app and check the app's header to see if it display "Substratum Legacy". If it doesn't, you're running an OMS build.

boot struck

i flashed this rom it worked fine .later i tried to flash pixel launcher but it got struck at boot animation.....i have no usb deebugging option enabled and also my volume buttons are repair plsss help

    Ans : This ROM is based on LineageOS (CM).

    Ans : This ROM uses Substratum/OMS.


    Q.10 : What is Substratum/OMS?
    Ans : OMS or Overlay Management System is being developed by Sony and currently adopted by team of developers having Nicholas Chum in as their lead dev under the name Substratum. Best thing about OMS is its lightness and light on resource.
    OMS is succesor for layers/RRO which required users to reboot in order to get the desired theme applied. This was overcome by OMS and is almost on par with CMTE.
    This being said there's little confusing between OMS and Susbtratum Legacy/RRO/Layers:


    Q.11 : How do I know what I got on my phone?
    Ans : Launch Substratum app and check the app's header to see if it display "Substratum Legacy". If it doesn't, you're running an OMS build.

    Good news for theme lovers..:fingers-crossed:

    Now theme working on rrN with latest build (5.8.1):D

    U need to install theme engine first..coz its not available inbuilt now.. and its not cm/LineageOS theme engine.. its substratum theme engine (overlay theme, now we can also use, which works for sony devices and aosp base roms)

    Plz dont use any cm theme
    Only use substratum/overlay theme (manny themes available in playstore)
