Get some Droid in your life...love when people at my store ask to see my note when they wanna buy it and they are soooo confused as to how to unlock it....which makes me happy BC it took an hour to get it perfectly lined haha

Running DAGr8's King Kang and Blue Infinitum theme on Apex Launcher Pro. One screen, no widgets. Long presses on the soft keys and Apex gestures add to the apps available from the home screen. Also includes a transparent icon in the upper left corner for Screen Filter.
I've asked for ages, I'd give a 10 dollar iou (finances are tough atm, but would be able to pay in the next month or two (I'm just being honest. But I'm dead serious)) to anyone who can explain how to create and set up text icons like that....the ones I've made in the past NEVER lined up, worked out, or looked nice...the text always got squished or something.
A comprehensive tutorial or YouTube video would be amazing. But a short point in the right direction would do.

I've done a LOT of work on my G-Note's LCARS set up. Here's what I have so far:
Lock Screen:
Working icons for Flipboard, Nav home & Amazon Price Check. Working media buttons
Home Screen (Bridge):
Working icons on the right hand side for Maps, Agenda, Games folder & Kindle
Tools Screen (Engineering):
Working Globe/Reboot icon (performs fast reboot). Gauges on upper right open Double Twist Alarm, Ambiance & Audio Manager Pro. Working icons on mid/bottom right for Dropbox and FX File Manager. Modded Evernote widget.
The buttons on the upper right of the home screen that say Holodeck & Engineering take you directly to that screen. Likewise on the engineering screen there are Bridge and Holodeck buttons.
The Holodeck screen is what I am working on now. It will house multimedia/web apps.
This is a far cry from my usual minimalistic set ups, but it's a lot of fun to look at.6
