Yes, forgot to mention that. That's because Samsung's partition structure is a bit different, so you need to do this manuallyEDIT: After mounting system in recovery then flashing this zip file, I got JellyBean animations to work!
you can pull a logcat to understand more of what's happening, this only has happened to me when I play with undervolting and or setting my sleep @ too low, are you underclocking or undervolting at all? are you using the preset governer or changeing anything via set cpu or what ever dameon control?

Minor issue.. i'm in Australia, and when i dial a number in the format of 1234 5678 - a valid AU format - it comes up as 1 234 5678.. so i guess some sort of US formatting. Maybe this can be optional or based on carrier country or something?

I think what he means is that you should try setting your language to English (Australia).
Tried MoreLocale2 - no use.
Very weird - you dial 9111 111, it appears as 9111 1111.
You dial 5111 1111, it appears as 5 1111 111 or some other strange format.
Why is it based on first digit?? Really confused.
Thanks for the reply, demkantor...
I will have to do some reading to find out how to generate the logcat; I assume it's basically a system log record?
I did a straightforward install, with no adjustments to the CPU frequency other than the presets in the Performance tab:
Mnimum = 368Mhz, Maximum = 1209Mhz, CPU Governor = SMARTASSV2. Set on boot is checked On.
I don't have setcpu on my G2 if it's an add-on element.
