Will Xiaomi Piston Headset work with Nexus 4?

Working, but vol up/down not working play/stop button work fine

The sound is great, the only but is that there is no working volume control. Get it to work via app would be great.
PS. The mic works and function for and/answer call too.
Nexus 4 doesn't support ANY kind of up/down button....
Tested on about 6 headsets
