How do you restore stock WiFi modules? Just by flashing stock kernel?

It is a kernel issue! If i flash ArcKnight or KTG the wakelock problem is gone and when i flash back to stock kernel the phone does not go to deep sleep.

do i need to flash the .img file in the thread by using flashtool as in x10 ??
i have arc s rooted and unlocked bootloader with CWM v5.02.7

HELP!!

I'm still using gingerbead (stock tom) and i just unlocked my Bootloader earlier. Then I installed this kernel via fastboot

After that, i can see the CMW but when i reboot my phone, it will stuck looping @ the sony boot up animation .....

What you did is not related to this kernel, please go to q&a section.

You have gingerbread. You flashed ics kernel. Hey!
You should flash doomlord v21 kernel then from recovery Wi-Fi modules and phone will recover. At least you could hope.

tried doom kernel also keep on rebooting

Maybe You again flashed ics kernel from doomlord. If You are still on GB rom flash doomlords kernel v22. If that wont help, try stock kernel for GB (somewhere on xda with cwm) or Advanced Stock Kernel (also by doomlord). It all that fail... well... reflash ROM :silly: You may also try wiping cache and dalvik in CWM but I doubt it's gonna change anything :)

for who uses nofrills cpu what's the desired options using this kernell? I'am running on 1.402ghz, Governor ondemanded e I/O noop...is this the best?
