seemed to work but
it is very fast dude but it did nothing.
my MT6582 is still undetectable by MTK droid tools that mean no driver has been installed.
yellow trinagle on ondroid driver in other devices hasn't gone away.

Uninstall all drivers for Android and then reinstall this driver.

Im not on expert for logcat, an idea?

It's doing the logcat bro
You'll have to stop logcat manually by typing ctrl C
And when you are done go to C:\windows\system32
Search for logcat and copy it to maybe your desktop

I will also suggest you name your logcat.txt sequence
Maybe logcat1.txt

If I helped, please hit thanks!

Have you enabled usb debugging on your device. The installation seems fine to me. Additionally you might need drivers that fit your device, that it gets recognized by the adb. To me the adb installations seems fine.

when you connect the phone in fastboot mode to PC -- look into "Device Manager" (Control Panel); if there appear "new/unknown" device ??? - maybe with "?"
-- you can try 'forced install ADB(/fastboot) driver' (update driver -> select manually ..) onto this "new/unknown" device.
and after -- check connection ("visibility") of phone from PC via command:
Code:
fastboot devices
