Go to your wifi advance setting and untick option for scaning always available .
Your screen shoot shows that your wifi is turn on and searching wifi..
I have also Faced this problem.

..but that option is already disabled.. Idk I've been flashing a couple ROMs including slimkat, cyanogenmod, and a couple others. I've also noticed that my battery drain increase 2x.. Just by using my phone (moderate usage) I've lost about 5-10% in just 10-30 minutes.

Then use battery calibration app after flashing any custom rom.
It will help you to remove old battery stats used by old rom.

So, I tried a "battery calibration app", and I don't really see a difference. I also flash my phone back to stock the other day and all was well. (4.3 fw boost). Afterwards I reflashed the same ROM and also with the aero kernel and I'm back with battery drainage.
