I've been waiting a while to try this rom out, but I don't want anything to go wrong. In the OP you said you have to be on the latest firmware and radios to flash. I just updated to TWRP .6, flashed newest radio, but what do you mean by firmware?

hboot and Radio are the key firmware elements I am referring to.
If there is no firmware package made available that contains the extra modem data files that come in an RUU, then hboot and radio are all you need to be concerned with for now.

I'm trying the steps in the thread but all I get is "error: device not found". Any advice?

@santod040 Yeah I think Windows 8.1 is the issue...Is there some way to make the hboot and radio flashable through recovery?

The hboot, no there is not.
The radio, yes it is in the Op of my stock rom/radio thread.

Aghhh x_x So that means there's no way I can flash this rom unless I install Windows 7 or something?

If you read through this thread and my other KK thread, many users are using it with the .33 hboot and the latest radios, so I suppose it's up to you.
You at least need the latest radios though or you will have in-call audio issues...

Well..Thanks for the help anyway. t1gartist's thread with the recovery flashable radios, goo.im is giving me 403 forbidden error every time I attempt to download them, the radios in .torrented's thread aren't flashable through recovery, and I can't get to fastboot in Windows 8.1...Today is my lucky day -.-...Maybe some other time I'll be able to flash this.

Took the plunge and flashed with hboot 1.33.4444. Booted up just fine and running smooth so far! One last dumb question though. Anyone having luck with the HTC keyboard add-on? Flashed in recovery, but it keeps reverting to Google keyboard. Is there a setting to enable it that I've missed?

Yeah they do, but I forgot that I had one more laptop that still ran Windows 7, so I did everything the fastboot way. Just a few things. I think the TAMPERED and UNLOCKED things are normal right? and I noticed that HBOOT, even though I flashed the latest, its 1.33.0001 instead of a higher number, it used to be 1.33.4444. Is that normal? and the Radio is 1.01.01.1112.

Tampered and Unlocked is normal, yes.
You are unlocked so it says unlocked.
Tampered because you used HTCdev to unlock.
That is all normal and should be well covered in the respective threads for these things.
As this is somewhat getting off track of the purpose of this thread.
The current hboot is 1.54.0000
Radio is 1.01.01.1112 as you have now.

Keyboard issue

Maybe try freezing or uninstalling the google keyboard in titanium backup

Wow, this ROM is really cool. I thought it was just a GPE ROM with some Sense Apps added back in but it's like a perfect hybrid of both. I'm currently trying to get it working in MultiROM. For some reason it needs the twrp 2.6 installed to boot, even if it was flashed in another recovery. Anyway it looks like you put a lot of work into this thing, keep it up!

All hboot (pre sense 5 ota) are .33

To get the most up to date one, use the RUU.

It's not needed tho. I flashed on .33 hboot with no issue

No Super User?

Anyone else not have root, seems Super User cannot find the binaries. I'm getting a message when I start it saying

"There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem"
"If you just upgraded to Android 4.3, you need to manually re-root - consult the relevant forms for your device!"

Wonder if root was left out or if there is a way to re-root.

There is almost always a way to flash or update su.

Funny enough I was trying that as you posted this, sadly I still get the same thing after flashing. Should this be flashed during the initial ROM flash before first boot possible?
