There is no firmware yet for your CID.

CID = CWS__001 (CID Getter)
HTC One (M8)

Stock 4.4.2 (rooted)
Sense 6.0
Software No. 1.58.5.0.1
Kernel 3.4.0-gaabcaed
TWRP v2.7.0.2

Hboot screen
Code:
***  TAMPERED  ***
***  UNLOCKED  ***
M8_UL_CA PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-3.16.0.0000
RADIO-INVALID_VER_INFO
OpenDSP-INVALID_VER_INFO
OS-
eMC-boot 2048MB
Wifi (I am aware it is a dirty word on all ARHD related threads) works fine with above configuration but not with ARHD.

Do I need a specific .zip or can I (S-off) and flash 3.28.401.7.zip? I'm really trying to research my own answers but also want to avoid bricking... soft or otherwise.

Thanks.

Thanks for the immediate response. Do you by chance have any suggested reading so I might learn more about firmware updates etc? I have already learned a lot from XDA.

Ok, no firmware yet. Is there any recourse or am I stuck until a firmware for my specific CID is released? I'm under the impression that it is viable to S-off and flash a compatible .zip but, having hard bricked devices in the past with the wrong ROM... I also don't know how to figure out which firmware would be compatible if it is safe.

I'm also curious why RADIO and OpenDSP are listed with "INVALID_VER_INFO" and OS is blank in HBOOT but everything works with the rooted stock OS.

MID: OP6B12000
Carrier: AT&T
CID: CWS__001

I am also working my way through Guide's and How-to's.

Mine is running AR 10.2 at the moment with
cid = T-MOB010
mid = 0P6B13000

with S-On

- What firmware should I d/l to update to the latest?
- Do I have to relock the bootloader to flash the new firmware?

Try naming the firmware zip 0P6BIMG instead..don't name the file 0P6BIMG.zip.zip, just 0P6BIMG...

Then flash..also keep in mind when you rename the file. You will have to move that file onto the toot of your sdcard

Hi all,
I installed the new firmware without any problems. But after the reboot I'm stuck on the white screen with the green logo, and I do not have connection with the computer via fastboot (waiting device). As against the phone is communicating with the computer by HTC Sync or Windows Explorer.
What can I do?
Thanks

The Missing main version is because of custom recovery. Nothing to worry about. In twrp thread there's a modified recovery version that solves that!
