answer to my own question :) : no, armitage does not work....but i will play a little bit with metasploit tomorrow....

first impression of Kali: fast and easy to use with the sPen...

Now since i have a running Kali on my Note 10.1, it would be very nice to get ethernet working on the Note 10.1 (with a USB2Ethernet adapter i've found on ebay).....trying since weeks on my default Samsung image but i haven't found a solution.

You can modify it manually, type

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list

The sources.list has to be like this

deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali main contrib non-free
deb http://security.kali.org/kali-security kali/updates main contrib non-free

how can i save the edited sources.list file? It doesn't keep my changes.....
When i try to open the file via file-explorer; it sais "no application found to open blank files" - and i can not install an textfile-application because of the above :)
I cannot find any "save"-option within nano or within VI....

I have 2 questions:

1. Does it reboot with no issues?
2. How can I format internat SD card for this to copy?

Yes, to run Linux on the Galaxy Note a 'custom recovery' is used to boot the linux.img. It will replace any TWRP or CWM Recovery!

make sure you "cd" to root before issue the commands.....

root of your sdcard != "real root"-path

If you have copied the file to the base folder of your sd-card (the one that you see when accessing via windows) make sure you "cd" to the base folder storage/sdcard0......before issue the command...

sorry for my bad english :), i hope you can understand it anyway....

Bye the way: still strungling with installing armitage...i have added all repos now successfully, apt-get update / apt-get upgrade / apt-get dist-upgrade.....but it still says "E: unable to locate package armitage" when i try to apt-get install armitage......
