HTC Hub

I am unable to connect to HTC Hub with Sense 4 v.3.0.0..... is anyone else having this issue? I usually just use it once to download a differrent sound set.

I did a full wipe and clean default install of 3.0.0 - no data restore and all default options.

Guys, this may be a stupid question. Forgive me for that.

I am using pegasus 2.8.0 sense 3.6 version. Is there some drastic change to the new pegasus 3.0.0 sense 3.6 version that I should flash the new one? I am pretty happy with 2.8.0. Asking this cos I have a low internet bandwidth currently, so downloading a 450 + MB file is a big task

Well, the step to 3.0.0 includes some improvements. It's good to upgrade whenever chef releases one. So, if you check changelog you need to answer you the question yourself. In my opinion, the upgrade will be worth to download

I found with 2.8 my gps had issues, especially with certain apps. 3.0 doesnt have that problem anymore.

Maybe they're down for the moment. Why don't you use zedge? I like it, cause I find a massive collection of sounds and pictures there

I believe HTC Hub is not working for any Sense 4.1 ROM. On 4.0 it worked for me if you had english (US) as default language.

Look @ the changelog (3.0)and decide yourself.
I have also added changelog of 3.1.0, should come this week-end if everything goes well :good: With both changelog you should be able to make up your mind

Yes, I seem to think you are on the right track.. Hub did not work on 4.0 either for me, even with English default.

3.1.0 looks awesome. How can the project butter stuff be ported to ICS? Looks like I might be switching back from JB aokp

Hi Steve,

tested your rom for a few hours but i have bad lags on Rosie(sense 4). Is V3.1.0 Full Sense 4.1 or a Mix of Sense 4 and 4.1?

I installed the Stock look compressed apps, and found the following:

Messages & Browser = icons where from the 3D theme
Voice Search (I don't use Google Now) = Crash after recognition

So I extracted the original apks from the 3.0 ROM and copy them back to the system/app folder, reboot, and problem solved.

Just for you to know.

3.1.0??? You're crazy man. Crazy i tell ya, crazy like a fox. Looks awesome, can't wait for the DL. so far 3.0.0 works perfect. i did find a superwipe made things even more smooth. Great work. :good:

sorry about that,i've got 4 lots of every app,i would have put wrong 1 in wrong folder lol

,but apart from that little hiccup,do all the apps i've redone work ok?

Bro, may u add feature to select type of beats audio in next release? ( ex: ibeats, urbeats,etc)
Or if there is a mod to add it seperatly?!

Projekt Butter is a part from Jelly Bean. It should be much smoother and faster than ICS

Thanks for this tip, Prinzy. I like STW and had been waiting for Sebastian to add it to his 1.52 kernel. This one gives me that while still keeping the Sebastian goodness.
E 3.0 and this kernel runs very nicely. Time will tell if there is any battery downside.
