3rd party magnetic charger slow?

I want to buy a magnetic charger as it is a little hassle to always open the latch for the micro-usb port. Does anyone know if the micro-usb->magnetic adapters are as fast as normal charging? It's just the same to me. I use such adapters and cables all the time on my z1 phone and z2 tablet as well as official dk31and dk39. I see no difference.

Is it possible to use a Z1 magnetical charger on the Z2 Tablet? Is it the same connector?

I'm curious about it They don't ship to Switzerland but the description is great:

I got it yesterday and it seems to charge as fast as when connecting via USB normally. However the magnet is pretty weak so whenever moving the tablet it wants to come off by the weight of the usb-cable. It is best used laying on a flat surface.

actually I would prever a tiny magnetic adapter for QI so I can attack the magnetic and rely it on the pad and charge.
Nexus 7 and Samsung already Qi, I would charge all my devices Qi this way!

Correction, it WILL come off. The magnets are very week, as soon as I touch my tablet it flies off.

I've been thinking of getting this one:
