Strange!

I have absolutely no errors. I have been testing it for a while and everything seems to be perfect.

Can you try to take a Logcat?

I'm sorry but I cannot take a logcat, because once I install your lockscreen for a fresh, clean, install (repartition, bootloader update, just to be on the safe side) of XXJVP deodexed, zipaligned ROM it crashes, and only a full reflash of YYJVP helps to regain full functionality, but only with a full wipe.

I would figure making a modification for an unmodified, stock ROm (deodexed, ziplaigned, of course), because if you do for something else, like you did in this case, everyone not using that specific modded ROM will have serious problems.

Just try flashing your lockscreen to a stock (albeit deodexed) XXJVP and you will be able to see the complete crash we all are talking about.

I have reflashed a Deodex rom, Downloaded the Lockscreen from the First post and flashed over. The phone booted well and everything seems to be working as it should.

Really confused with what might be the issue in your case.

After flashing the Odin version, You will have to install a CWM Kernel (CF Root). Download JVP Deodexed ROM (Ramad Deodexed) and install it from CWM. After installing the Deodex ROM, install the Galaxy S II Lockscreen.

Done EXATLY so (and I'm no noob, I have done my share of experimenting in the last few years of Android) but with no avail.

Still does not work...

see lockscreen (with no icons just the date and time) and start: screen off+boot sound and then screen comes back and this starts all over again, pus constant media scanning.

Looks like the device is making a Hard reboot. I need a Logcat to help you dude. It's not possible for me to replicate your condition on my device so that I can fix it.

Please, answer me this: How in God's grace could I do a logcat if I do NOT have any functionality of the phone just a non finctional lockscreen and constant bootsound looping? I really don't know :p

Answer much appreciated :)

I dont know why, but this lockscreen dont want to work on my phone on Ficeto JVH base or Ficeto JVP base. First I think that is beacuse JVH Ficeto, but today I download the file for JVP, and its the same thing. I need to reflash rom after flashing these. Any idea?

I guess Ficeto has some customizations for Framework or Android Policy. That might explain why there is a bootloop. Try Ramad's Deodexed Version. It should work properly.

    Galaxy S II Lockscreen Ported to I9000 - V1

I have finally ported the simple yet beautiful Galaxy S II Lockscreen to Galaxy S. This MOD is for the Gingerbread 2.3.3 Deodexed ROM.

    Features:
    1. Original Lockscreen ported from Galaxy S II ROM.
    2. Original Lockscreen Clock widget with proper digits
    3. Notification Sliding Tabs for Messages and Calls
    4. Fully working Media Player Widget with Rewind, Forward, Pause, Play and FF
    5. Album art support for Media Player Widget
    6. Lockscreen Wallpaper Supported!! Default Wallpaper set to Galaxy S II
    7. Lockscreen Wallpaper can be applied to Password Lock, Pin Lock and Pattern Lock.
    8. On moving the Lockscreen, the background window could be seen. It is just like how the Lockscreen works in Galaxy S II.
    9. Includes Overscroll Glow-Default Color, CRT off Animation and Extended Power menu!:D

    Known Issues:
    1. Lockscreen Wallpaper can be set, but cannot be unset. This is because the Galaxy S 2 uses a different Gallery Application. To remove the Lockscreen Wallpaper and revert automatically to the default Wallpaper, delete this file
    /data/data/com.cooliris.media/files/zzzzzz_lockscreen_wallpaper.jpg
    OR

    Clear Gallery Data from Settings.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE THIS MOD
Messing with the system files may make your device unbootable. Proceed with caution and have a backup always. Stop if you don't know what you are doing.
I have made dozens of changes and modifications in the .smali files, hence I am sure there would be some bugs in it. Although I accept no responsibility for your bricked or non functional device, you may post bugs in this topic. I will see to what I can do about it.

Source code will be released soon. My computer is messed up currently with a lot of decoded files here and there. I will post it in few days when I find time.
