The matted blues theme seems to crash Swype when using the KJ2 rom.
Edit: Reinstalling Honeycomb didnt help so I need to reinstall the rom.

get rid of tw4.5 then. it includes tw3. dont hear too much complaining about the rom, besides the black txt on black background at a few diff places. ext4 + 1.2ghz and this rom FLLLLIIIIIEEEESSSS
if you are on cm7 I would suggest Odin 1 click back to stock then start from the beginning with atomic fusion. reason being I believe CM7 partitions the SD card differently. so just to be safe and to prevent any gremlins from showing up. personally I would go stock first.
Do I have to convert to ext4 or does the rom does it?

reboots are happening out of nowhere and i don't think it's because of my launcher. was running adw just fine until it just started rebooting this afternoon. there's no rhyme or reason to it. it's all just so weird and so frustrating. nothing odd is running in the background either and because it reboots just after it finishes scanning the memory, I can't really dig into it and explore the phone or make changes.
Other thing is that it doesn't do a full reboot. I don't get the at&t & galaxy s splash screen. It just freezes, screen restarts and starts up again.
i can't figure it out. this is the 3rd time this occurrence has happened with this rom so it looks like i may have to just jump ship for now. there seems to be no explanation or solution for me. it's too bad because aside from that issue (big issue) i really like this rom.
if anyone has other suggestions, please let me know. thx in advance for any suggestions.

Because the software that you are installing is the very same that detects that you have a cable inserted, so flashing while there is an input can cause odd things.
And you're battery doesn't HAVE to be at 100% that is just a recommendation to make sure it doesn't die while flashing. I flash as low as 20% no issues. If you do somehow get weird battery issues then it's nothing a battery starts wipe won't fix, but I haven't bothered with that in months either.

Kind sounds like a lockscreen beta issue we had....
What moddification or addons have you flashed or placed in the rom?
Unless you have a habit of dropping you phone the rom alone should not be doing this.
System data restored? Have to ask that.
Please tell me what all excatlly have you done to the phone and the steps to get to where you are.
Try to remember every step as any one step may hold the key.
And if you can I will need you to post me the recovery log.txt out of the fusion folder.

Still can't get text logs to work. When I open the Message app, my logs are empty. Both texts that I tried to restore and even texts I sent or received now.
Tried to restore texts from a txt file (SMS backup app). No texts show up. I had my friend text me, the notification comes up but my text inbox is empty.
However, if I use handscent all my texts are there.
Any ideas? What's the name of the .apk (so I can try to overwrite it)?

I haven't noticed on any of the other ROM's I have used until I flashed FV and FVIII. It happened to me again this afternoon after my post here. Again, by using the airplane option in the power menu it comes right back. During the time this afternoon I did not run any other apps other than the stock messaging. I haven't had any other problems with this ROM other than what is already known.

No problems here.
But I haven't tried to restore any system data. Because its a new base so system data my not match other bases.

I replaced the Mms.apk from the .zip earlier but that didn't help. Really odd as I never had this issue before.
It just shows no conversations, even after I texted myself. Oddly enough, it shows up in my call log. Something went wrong with it but I have no clue how or why. For now I'm using Handcent as an alternative.
Is MMS.apk the only apk that handles the messaging app?
