I installed our deodexed lj7 did the chameleon fix. Downloaded the system ui apk amd 2 other files from http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2065644 and followed directions. That will give you the bottom bar. Dont download the zip just do it manually. Dont forget to adjust the permission of flashbarservice apk and system ui apk before reboot. Xsposed app settings I followed from the same tut. As for actual touchwiz launcher...I dl the actual deodex stock from g note 10.1 and pulled the launcher from system apk and overwrote the existing one in my system/apk folder and corrected permission reboot and dpi for launcher I set to 146dpi 1000x1600 and checked tablet. Thats what I did and it worked. If you can tell me how to share apk I have the touchwiz launcher.

Edit:dont forget to set dpi for samsumg keyboard at 320 before you do system ui to 160

You could drop box the Launcher, I don't need ie but others might. I have a note 10.1 and had thought about trying that ui but hadn't gotten around to it as I'm building a rom for the 10.1.

Ok I can clear something from my dropbox. I want to adjust to 4.1.2 mc7 cause the constant uodate notification is annoying. Lol
