i redownloaded again from every link i could find and finally got one that does work. I used the one that came in a zip. extracted on my computer and dropped the APK onto my phone. This time no problems at all. I think the links were getting hit hard and causing the files to get corrupt.

FYI: It wasn't on earlier today. I did check when I first got the email saying it was available at GetJar.
It's not showing on the Market for me either. (CM6)

Got it last night and by gosh if the built-in adblocker on my ROM doesn't block the ads! When the full version comes out I will definitely buy it though. I've gotten plenty of entertainment from this game.
It is in the market. I found it by clicking on the lite version that still shows in the market. Then go down to view other applications. It should be there.
It's on the Android Marketplace for anyone wondering. It is listed as Free and amazingly enough it didn't appear to have any ads in it at all. I was kinda surprised but I never noticed one unless it is extremely well hidden.
