cant unroot razr m

i have followed instructions using RSD lite and downloaded the correct XM file but when i click start on rsd it fails.

Here is the error message.

Failed flashing process gpt_main0.bin phone returned FAILED.

also it shows my razr m as fastboot msq s in the model number.

How do i unroot my phone???

First of all, wrong forum. This is the Razr forum not for 'm'.
As for the flash failure, you need the fastboot files that are either same as you are running or higher cdt version than that. Make sure you have the correct files.
