well i use this phone as a DAILY rom, i have no issues with the dialer what so ever and the audio issue, well that's just something that you will have to put up with...it will be the same on CM10/AOSP/CM10.1/AOKP4.1/AOKP4.2/MIUI

Does this means none of the custom roms have a proper audio ?
U told me about your roms, i was asking about other custom roms. But lets bury this discussion, coz i know its getting annoying.
And about the dialer, here's what happening whith my phone, when i'm done talking to someone and i want to end the call, the screen display used to pop up with my stock rom, and now it does'nt. And even when i press the screen lock button the screen does'nt show up. The call only disconnects if the other person disconnects it... :/

Because i had stability in mind before features, now it's stable enough the features will come
okay, so i fixed it. i had to install the app, now it works.
but my gps-signal is broken. google now says i need to turn on gps, but it's on. is this a known bug?

I did read the OP but when I tried to flash the SuperSU addon,it gave an error
don't know if this is only me and even the SuperSU from the market is giving an error when trying to update the binary
don't know what I am doing wrong

Download the rom
whack it onto your sdcard
reboot into TWRP or CWM
factory reset + wipe SYSTEM (leave data alone)
flash this rom
flash whatever extra's you want eg SUPERUSER
reboot into bootloader
flash the boot.img
boot
enjoy
