I don't know but i am sure that happens only if you use bcmdhd compiled from itself, if you use "original" for example from 20h firmware, problem disppears.
We must see if on generic kernel for omap, kernel that use on cyano for example by mateo or Anton if bcmdhd gives same problem, but i think not.
I don't think this kernel can be use for ics. Can I?
The main problem is when I try to restore my phone to ics, it becomes bootloop. I have no way to test the kernel.
No. To flash custom kernel, you must have an unlocked bootloader.

Have a backup and try the v20i kernel. If this is not working that means they have the third version of kernel.

Is the gpu undervolted? if not you could set 110.0 mV for 384mhz and 90.0 mV for 192mhz.
Should be safe and battery saving.
