If you use Semaphore app from Play Store, you can enable smooth UI in the governor's settings by clicking on them and then you see Smooth UI option..

Hi Stratos, would it be possible to add the notification LED and fast charge settings in your manager? This way your manager would essentially obsolete NSTools for most purposes.

Fast charge function is included.
for BLN and NOW you must use BLN control from market, maybe next release...

You can enable support for the fast charge, but not actually turn it on. And I use NSTools for the notification light, but I just thought including those options would make sense. And require less apps.
