Here's a thread of what doesn't work in these builds. (Constantly updated):

Update file can only be sideloaded through ADB or installed from SD card from recovery menu. Install will fail if the current build version is not the same as mentioned above for each build

Disclaimer:
Install beta builds on you own risk. I shall not be responsible for any issues caused by the beta version of operating system.
Since the build is not final, it may not be good idea to use it as a daily driver because of various bugs, crashes and battery drain issues.

Hey suyash1629, I'm not new to xda but new to messaging someone on here and for the life of me can't figure out how to message you directly. I'd like the download for the beta for the regular s9. If you could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

Can anyone confirm if Adhell 3 and swift installer function as intended?

adhell might,
swift installer needs to be updated :/

a rootless substratrum method might be made for Samsung again tho, considering Samsung Pie does still support themes.

nonetheless considering swift installer is just a total dark theme, I'll have you know that almost all of Googles apps either have a built in dark themed or are getting a dark theme sooner or later,
and WhatsApp (if you use it, I would be surprised if you don't) has a dark theme in the works.

You can always download unofficial apps/mods for other apps you want dark themes for, so even if swift installer doesn't get updated it isn't the end of the world :)
