[Q] Avoided poor Internet Connection

My device has this problem, when I try to connect to WiFi it says "Avoided Poor Internet Connection", unlike other phones which say Left Click>Advanced>Untick the avoided poor internet connection. But in the P780 there seems to be no option for the above. How can this issue be rectified? I have tried forgetting the network, then adding the network, scanning it as well as puting a STATIC ip address but none seems to work at present. Any resolves??
