thank you so much with this I discovered that you also can not speak to s voice using the wake up command. So I guess its either hit the unmute button once or tap the microphone every time I want to do something. :confused:

    I was looking thru my flipboard and came across it. Installed the new s voice fine works great on our note2.     Rumor has it that Samsung caught on and shut the server down before release. It makes sense seeing as the svoice app was out and running before the launch of the international S4. Should be back up and running soon though as the S4 is about to launch in the US in a week or 2
