Tried to rename /system/app/Phone.apk to Phone.apk.bkp using rootexplore,but the FC is too annoying,so cannot change that ! Do someone have better idea?

I've not tried this out but here's what I thought of:
Open the zip before you flash it. Rename the phone.apk to phone.apk.bkp and then rezip the file and then flash it!!

use adb shell... all you need to do is remount /system as rw and rename the file
if you modify the zip file it will fail to install on stock recovery

Ok, i change phone.apk to phone.apk.bkp but appears this message "Unfortunately, dialer has stopped"
As I understood from first post, RIL is not working. So you can call anybody. Why do you need phone.apk? To enter some hidden menu to test or? You can remove it and use some 3rd party dealer like this one: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2092569

I really preffer stock/cyano dialer. I used it from that thread but it doesn't have contacts access or favs... And i want dialer xD

cwm is not available in stock kernel yet
If you saw the CWM6 by shaaan ，you will know the back up could be done.CWM6 has full function now，except for the install and you have to install it everytime you want to use
Use ThunderZap kernel, now it has full permanent CWM6. :angel:

I know that but i disslike that kind of CWM.. i dont want to flash everytime that i need it, whats the point in that? I asked because he said that CWM is fully working and i understand incorrectly what he said, my bad, sorry.. i preferr a permanent CWM, even if i have to wait.. im not saying that the shaaan port its bad, in fact its great, just dont want to install every time that i need it..

Installation
- Download the ROM from the link below
- Download gapps on http://goo.im/gapps
- Put the zip files on your SDCard
- Reboot on Recovery
- Wipe Data / Factory Reset
- Select "Install the Zip from External Storage"
- Choose CM zip file
- Choose GApps zip file
- Reboot to system
Attention
- First boot takes a while.
Wait at least 5 mins for it to boot.
