I have a MJ7 build rooted did TB forze apps and have safestrap installed running hyperdrive but I would like to go back to stock would the odin file in this link http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2578209 take me back to stock just by running in odin and not doing anything else to my phone i dont care if i lose all my apps etc
Yes.
If you flashed into a slot (i.e. you didn't flash over the stock ROM):
Uninstall safestrap, which will remove the hyperdrive slot.
Flash the no-wipe image from that thread.
If you flashed over the stock, flash the emergency recovery. No-wipe may work as well.
Full wipe will remove all data and return to out-of-the box, just like it says in the thread you quoted.
