I’ve been compiling some Cyanogenmod 9 builds for my tab recently and I've decided to share them here. The Cyanogenmod project is still under heavy development, so there will be bugs. Although I will be testing the wifi builds before I post them I may not be able to catch all bugs before I release the build; install these builds at your own risk and be aware of what you are doing. I take no responsibility for any damage caused by these builds. If I notice small bugs while testing I will make a note of them with the release. I plan on updating these builds every 3 days.

I am fairly new to the Android scene, so please provide feedback if you feel that I could be doing something better.

Thanks to:
The Cyanogenmod team and pershoot- This is their work, I am simply compiling their code.

Thanks! I look forward to hearing the results. The filehosting site I'm using might have been flagged by ESET for some reason. In fact, the reason I didn't use devhost is because I use the same security software and I've had this exact same problem with them. It should work if you temporarily disable virus protection, I assure you that there's nothing malicious in these files :D If it's still causing problems I'll re-host the files somewhere else tomorrow.

out of curiousity, what's different about this ROM than the other (supposedly...) nightly builds here? Regardless, thanks!

They are all built from the same code so the only real difference is update frequency. The other kangs tend to update every 1-2 weeks so they may be more well tested; I'm aiming to provide something more cutting edge. The builds listed as "nightly" are referring to an official snapshot Cyanogen posted earlier this month, it hasn't been updated and seems to have been pulled from the download site as well.

When Cyanogen team pushed out the 2 nightlies for the tab they pushed one for P4wifi and one for P4tmo and the one for P4tmo could be used on P4(GT-P7500). So my question is, can we use the one for Verizon LTE also or is there any hardware diffrence between P4tmo and Verizon device?

I'm not entirely sure, but my guess is that there is probably a hardware difference. I would suggest trying this build: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1461240. I will try to post a p4tmo build next time but I won't be able to test it myself.

I think there is a problem with ICS rom on my LTE tab. It doesn't matter which roms i tried, i always have the battery drain issue ( due to system awake during standby mode.)
- I did format data/wipe cache + davik before flashed the rom.
- Auto sync on except for picture
- Other apps i use which are running in backgound are Hd widget, wizz widget , friendcaster, Battery monitor widget. These are the same app i use when i running 3.2 twz rom ( battery drain about 20-30 mAh. With ICS rom, it is 170-180mAh).
=>Does anyone know how i can solve this problem? Thank in advance!

Just a quick update on what's going on:
Pershoot has posted new builds in the other kang threads; these builds contain new library files as well as kernel updates. You may want to check out the updated CWM recoveries he has built as well. I'll be building these new libraries into my builds starting with the next one. If the kernel updates aren't merged into cyanogenmod at the time of the next build I'll build a kernel as well. I've also decided to leave the 3G and LTE builds to other developers for the time being, since I don't have the hardware to test them it's hard to keep up with updates and issues.

Great! I've been using the builds from rootzwiki since they get updated frequently. Might switch to these since I visit here daily.
