So as you might be able to tell from the title, I am a S4 user, which currently uses the Google Edition 4.4.2 with GEL.
I have had my N72013 (WiFi) for quite some time now, and never done anything with it (in the modding sense). It is not rooted, no custom ROMS or custom Kernels.
So now, after perfecting my S4,I wish to perfect the N7!

- What is the best 4.4.2 ROM for the N7 (your opinion)
- Would it be possible to get the GEL (Google Experience Launcher) on the ROM? I like that way more than stock/Nova
- What is the best Kernel, for battery efficiency?
- I have a kernel option on my S4 to 'Fast Charge' the phone, is that an option on one of the N7 Kernels?
