If you mean localization then you can't except of the translations in ROM. If you mean keyboard then install another, AOSP 4.2 keyboard works fine with many languages.
Not quite these statics are for your device's screen to be on without dimming or locking (no use needed) is show it can stand for 6 hours let's say if you disable your phone's display timeout.
24 hours isn't true, depends on other settings too lots say disable wifi,data,gps,sync you will have more time for on screen, and most efficient settings for this is brightness.....
Tips on having good battery I set low brightness and down clock my cpu to 1000 hz or 1200 hz as you wish and set your io settings to deadline.
Just like that you can easily get 14+ hourse of usage (not screen time). Hope this helps guys

My Endurance test
From what i understand (i do not have any reference so CMIIW), screen time is this..
Here is my endurance test for my XXLS7 i got almost 1 day and 6 hours for a single charge with 3 hours and 15 minutes screen time. I used whatsapp viber, 2 email account, and 3G data always ON.

confused
today my fone automatically boot up into original recovery.....i choose reboot now to reboot normally.....as soon as the fone booted up...many apps were missing...like cwm,samsung apps,s note.....many more.....so i reboot into recovery n this time it was philz recovery(strange)....as last time i didnt wiped anything before flashing so this time i tried wiping data/factory option...n i got an error mounting .andriod_secure.....rest everything was fine...i flash back rocket v3 rom.....

I had a leaking system memory issue and I've found that 50 percents of memory was used by dumphprof files. I think that they stored memory dump in case of some situations and this behavior is configured in one of the system setting files. Can I turn off this logging?

Am running "android assistant" app for a week now with great success: i saved 100 Mb ram and reached 650 just selecting the apps which are starting by themselves and preventing them to start.
Device is much faster now.

if u r on any safe kernal, u can.....!!!!!!!!!!
go on....u r safe.....as per my knowledge..n experience....coz i reinstalled rocket v3 rom n did data, cache n dalvik wipe.....its safe...(press thanks if i helped u)
Amazing rom...stable smooth!!!i will stay with this rom waiting the official jelly bean....
Photos, Documents, Music, etc. will not be deleted. But your options and setting yes.

Rr v3 comes with philz kernel which is safe
