Set this script into init.d so it runs at startup

Code:
cd /usr/share/applications/
sed -i 's/X-Ubuntu-StageHint=SideStage/Comment=Mod:SideStage Removed for HP Touchpad/g' *.*
This will prevent side stage from coming back on app updates.

Status Update.

strace'ing the process that is going nuts (systemd-udevd) revealed it was using up all the cpu time because of...

writev(2, [{"unable to receive ctrl connectio"..., 59}, {"\n", 1}], 2) = 60
epoll_wait(11, {{EPOLLIN, {u32=3, u64=3}}}, 8, -1) = 1
clock_gettime(CLOCK_MONOTONIC, {605, 782841653}) = 0
accept4(3, 0, NULL, SOCK_CLOEXEC|SOCK_NONBLOCK) = -1 ENOSYS (Function not implemented)

So I am recompiling udev!

https://github.com/gentoo/eudev/issues/7

Without udev, the sound stops after a few seconds in the music app... though mplayer plays just fine.

Got udev compiled...
now lets do armhf! Should be the same.. I decided we should skip the tests.. and I altered the udev-ctrl.pl script. Well see if that works..

Well, udev is working very well.. Boots up a lot faster.. Pulse now needs to be recompiled to support ACCEPT instead of ACCEPT4. Doing that now. THEN.. sound will play.. without a process taking up all the cpu power.

Also... recompiled for /sys/class/backlight.. perhaps.. that will give us brightness control inside of Unity.

Just busted out the dusty old TouchPad. Nice development going on here! Hopefully you'll have this rolling soon, looks like I have the touch preview on at the moment. With some work this will be beast.

Thanks!
