This ROM ported from AOSP 4.0.3 ICS by zdzihu on ARC Forums.
This is BETA rom, Just report it here if you found any bug.
This is not my work, I am just porting it from ARC to NEO. Just wanna Share it with you guys. :)

Thanks to Zdzihu for this awesome ROM, and Night-Elf for modified ICS Beta kernel, Kormatoes, Jjdoctor, Zackie012 and Iridaki for all their help and All Xperia Developers.

Instructions:
1. Flash ICS Beta kernel with built-in recovery here
2. Boot to CWM then wipe everything. wipe data, wipe cache, format system, format data, format cache, wipe dalvik.
3. Flash update zip, then reboot, let it settle for couple minutes.
3. Feel the speed. LOL

camera working great,wi fi 3g data sd mount all working.facelock works with gapps 7022012

kernel and ROM flashed fine. booted fine. It seemed really smooth.

then I installed the gapps(from the 2nd post) from CWM. after reboot, the gapps were not starting. I entered into CWM and tried to flash gapps for the 2nd time. the phone rebooted automatically even before the gapps installation was finished.

Since then my phone has entered into bootloop. cannot enter recovery from any kernel. phone reboots automatically before I can enter the CWM. tried inteks+nightelf+your ICS kernel. Can you please help me? what should I do now?

EDIT: Had the official Sony ICS beta files ( boot.img, userdata.img, system.img) in my HDD. flashed them via fastboot. the phone now boots again. :)

Gonna flash this rom again with redownloaded gapps. Will report back if anything goes wrong again.

Well, it looks all good by now.
Although, quadrant score is quite lower (around 1200).
Is it possible to flash another kernel, like Marcneov for ics OC 2GHZ?

EDIT: No, it is not possible...
