That's your preference what they should be at.
I run what you are showing but sometimes get reboots and lag.
I switch between 800 and 1000 Max
Should not break your extended toggles at all. Should be able to flash without issue, Speaking of fancy drop down mods. anyone care to give this a whirl with me?

That's actually not too bad.
still no luck with tweetdeck and variants of it
reflashed...used different kernels..cleared dalvik and cache...cleared data...still whenever i try to respond to a tweet in tweetdeck it does a very slow force close.screen goes dark for 10 seconds or more then force closes..this is only when when i tap on a tweet to respond...i can read all the tweets and facebooks...tweetcaster and hootsuite work fine with everything
strangest thing...this is with tweakdeck...and tweetdark too..any variant of those
running latest rom 4.0.4...with nova launcher...
anyone have any ideas??? I need tweetdeck for my social media for my bar...

I was having issues with force closes and freezing. I wiped catch and dalvik. Then fixed permissions and it worked for me.
Hope this helps. In addition: On any ROM if I'm having trouble with a certain app if you go to applications under settings and clear the catch of the app you're having trouble with that seems to fix any issues.

I've never had any force closes on any of mijjahz Romz. He doesn't usually miss that kind of thing..
Exchange is a known issue for some, disable it if your don't use it

This ROM seriously amazes me! I'm getting the best GPS locks I ever have, without having to screw with anything. Coming from stock or any ROM with GPS mods add ons and tweaks! Getting great signal strength, and somehow getting ferther Wi-Fi range. Couldn't be happier about battery life. Just saying I'm kinda a flash wh*re, but I'm here to stay . And this thread just hit 1 million views! Cheers guys this thing really makes it all worth it and this is the first thing I flashed since my recent brick flashing a screwy combo. I stared at this thread for a week while my phone was bricked and I had to use my stupid CriPod for SMS and junk.

Just a heads up for everyone. I'm still in the process of moving but I'm hoping to have everything fixed and be moved into the new home on Saturday!
In the meantime during my slow hours at work I've been helping Mijjah put together his S3 Updaters and have been researching the reported app FC's that people have been getting. I believe I've found the cause but now I have to figure out how to fix it... We're hoping to have a fix soon!
A HUGE thanks to TRS and FP for taking care of things while I've been out!!! They are both tackling the themes and are trying to get them to be compatible with the FI25 build of Goodness. We hope to see stuff soon here too!

Workaround for sd_external [Thank You kbizzle & gershee]
Instructions:
1. DirectoryBind included in the ROM, Found Here.. http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1410262
2. Set up the source and target directories as follows...
source: /emmc target: /sdcard/external_sd
Then save.
3. Click on the little floppy disk on the left of the field you just added, it should turn green. this enables it!
4. Goto preferences and enable "Bind on boot"
Now Look for emmc Folder and you will find you external_sd.
*Workaround to mount both SD locations on your PC. Use Multi Mount from the Play store.*
