Aha.
When checking out *#*#7378423#*#* >service info>config. you'll see "Rooting status: Bootloader unlocked allowed: yes"
So I'll probably wait for the offical unlock service from SE

Quick question: if I flash back the stock kernel after having rooted my ray, will this unroot the device?

Hi, the procedure for the xperia-ray as it should be completed as the back key is a softkey?? you can make an accurate guide to the exact steps to follow? How do I send in flashmode RAY? Thank you very much ....

To enter fastboot press volume up button and plug the USB cable, LED will turn blue
To enter flashmode press volume down button and plug USB cable, LED will turn green
